Infusion Education:
IV Therapy Vs IV Wellness
IV infusions can serve very different purpose depending on what the body is experiencing. At Vytal Recovery, my goal is not to simply hang a colorful bag of fluid, but to provide intentional, nurse-led wellness support rooted in education, safety, and real clinical experience.
When I stepped away from the hospital, I realized how many people were falling into the gap between “fine” and critically unwell.
The exhausted mom still pushing through.
The athlete running on depletion.
The professional functioning on caffeine, stress, and survival mode.
The person who knows something feels off long before it becomes an emergency.
I’m here to help bridge that gap in my community through education, advocacy, and recovery-focused support.
Because recovery is not a luxury. It’s Vytal.
Safety Note
All vitamins are from FDA-registered pharmacies, and your IV is administered by a licensed
RN under DO supervision. Every client receives a physician consult at each visit.

Therapeutic IV therapy is typically targeted toward a specific signal or symptom the body is giving off. In healthcare, these are often considered more acute issues — meaning they are temporary, short-term concerns that may improve quickly with supportive care.
For example:
Spending all day at the beach and developing dry mouth, dry eyes, dizziness, or fatigue may be the body signaling dehydration.
Intense gym sessions followed by severe muscle soreness and exhaustion may point toward recovery needs and fluid depletion.
Coughing, sneezing, congestion, itchy eyes, sore throat, or general fatigue may occur during periods of illness or immune stress.
In situations like these, IV therapy is often used to help replenish fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, and nutrients that support recovery while helping minimize symptoms and improve overall comfort.
In many cases, these concerns are temporary. With proper hydration and supportive nutrients, symptoms may significantly improve and sometimes resolve entirely after treatment and rest.
-
Wellness-focused IV infusions, on the other hand, are generally geared more toward ongoing support and optimization rather than a single short-term issue.
These infusions are often chosen by individuals looking to support energy levels, hydration, recovery, performance, stress management, or overall well-being as part of a healthier lifestyle.
While IV wellness therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure disease, it can be a supportive tool for individuals looking to help their body function and recover more efficiently.

Item descNAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme naturally found in every cell of the body and plays a critical role in cellular energy production and mitochondrial function. Simply put It helps cells convert nutrients into usable energy. while supporting DNA repair, cognitive function, and healthy aging.
Natural NAD+ levels decline with age, chronic stress, poor sleep, alcohol use, illness, and environmental stressors. Low NAD+ levels may contribute to fatigue, brain fog, reduced recovery, and decreased cellular performance. NAD+ therapy is commonly used to support energy, mental clarity, DNA repair, and overall cellular wellness.

Item Glutathione is often referred to as the body’s “master antioxidant” because of its powerful role in protecting cells from oxidative stress.
Oxidative stress occurs when the body accumulates excess free radicals — unstable molecules created from normal metabolism, inflammation, poor sleep, alcohol use, environmental toxins, illness, intense exercise, and chronic stress. Over time, excess oxidative stress may contribute to fatigue, inflammation, accelerated aging, and decreased cellular performance.
What makes glutathione particularly fascinating is its ability to continuously cycle between its active and inactive forms (reduced glutathione and oxidized glutathione). In its active form, glutathione can donate electrons to neutralize free radicals without becoming permanently damaged itself.
After binding oxidative molecules, the body is often able to recycle and regenerate glutathione so it can continue supporting cellular cleanup and antioxidant defense throughout the body.
Glutathione also plays a major role in detoxification pathways by helping the body process and prepare waste products for elimination through the kidneys, liver, bile, and gastrointestinal tract. Because some toxins are water-soluble while others are fat-soluble, glutathione helps support the conversion and transport of these compounds so the body can more effectively remove them.
N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) taken orally is commonly used alongside glutathione support because it provides cysteine, one of the primary amino acid building blocks needed for the body to continue producing and recycling glutathione naturally. This is one reason many wellness protocols combine glutathione with NAC support for ongoing antioxidant and recovery support.

NAC (N-acetylcysteine) provides cysteine, one of the primary building blocks the body uses to produce glutathione. Many individuals choose to use NAC as part of their wellness routine to support the body’s natural antioxidant and recovery pathways between infusions.
