At Vytal Recovery, IV wellness is about more than just hydration, it’s about understanding the person sitting in front of us. Taking a more intentional approach by combining clinical experience, education, safety, and real-life understanding into every treatment experience.
The goal is to help support the body in a way that feels approachable, thoughtful, and grounded in both science and real human experience.
-
The answer is bioavailability. Oral supplements might only get 10% to 40% absorbed at the cellular level, depending on gut health. In contrast, IV infusion bypasses the gut, delivering close to 100% directly to the cells.
-
While many people associate IV therapy with illness or dehydration, wellness IV therapy is often used as a proactive way to support hydration, recovery, and overall function. IV infusions may help replenish electrolytes, support cellular function, and assist with energy and recovery after stress, travel, workouts, or long periods of physical or mental exhaustion. Many clients use IV wellness therapy as part of a busy lifestyle to help support performance, recovery, and overall well-being.
-
You may feel a quick pinch during IV placement, similar to having blood drawn, but the infusion itself is generally relaxing and well tolerated.
If you are nervous about needles, let me know , i’ll walk you through the process and help make your session as comfortable as possible.
-
Session times vary depending on the type of infusion selected and your individual hydration needs.
Express Hydration Sessions typically take around 30 minutes
Wellness Infusions generally take 45–60+ minutes
NAD+ infusions may take longer depending on dosage and tolerance
At Vytal Recovery prioritizes both comfort and safety. Infusion rates may be adjusted based on how your body responds during treatment.
-
Many clients report feeling more hydrated, refreshed, energized, or mentally clear shortly after their session. However, results can vary depending on factors such as hydration status, sleep, stress, nutrition, illness, and overall health.
Some clients notice benefits immediately, while others experience more gradual improvements over the next 24–48 hours as the body continues to recover and rebalance.
-
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a naturally occurring coenzyme found in every cell of the body that plays a critical role in energy production, cellular repair, metabolism, and overall cellular function.
NAD+ levels naturally decline with age, stress, poor sleep, alcohol use, and chronic illness. NAD+ infusions are commonly used to support energy, mental clarity, recovery, focus, and overall wellness.

The medications and vitamins used in our infusions are sourced from licensed U.S. pharmacies and FDA-registered facilities. While individual ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, and hydration fluids may be FDA approved, IV wellness infusions themselves are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
All treatments are reviewed for safety and appropriateness by our medical team prior to administration.

While laboratory testing is not required prior to receiving an infusion, it is strongly recommended — especially for clients looking to optimize long-term wellness or address ongoing fatigue, nutrient depletion, or recovery concerns.
Lab work can provide valuable insight into what may actually be contributing to symptoms rather than relying on symptoms alone. It also allows us to better personalize wellness recommendations and support your body’s specific needs more intentionally.
At Vytal Recovery, clients have access to guidance from an experienced ICU nurse who can help educate and walk them through commonly monitored wellness markers and overall health trends. While IV therapy can be a helpful supportive tool, we believe education, awareness, and understanding your body are equally important parts of long-term wellness.
